KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assistance in maintaining of the contacts network among real-estate brokers and prospect and existing customers
- Supporting in negotiations of the leases with the customers
- Initial preparation of the development models
- Learning the market in terms of the location & competition
- Supporting in promotion of GLP projects
- Cooperating with Land Acquisition Managers and Technical Development Managers when required
- Support in preparation of the IC papers for new development projects
